How do I book the event space?

You can start the booking process by reaching out to us via email or Instagram DM. We’ll schedule a consultation (video or in-person) to learn more about your event needs. We recommend booking at least 1–2 months in advance to ensure availability and allow time for planning.

How much does it cost to rent the space or items?

Pricing is customized after your consultation. Once we learn more about your event vision, we’ll provide a detailed, personalized quote.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required at least 30 days (1 month) in advance to officially secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7–14 days before the event. For bookings made less than 30 days out, full payment may be required upfront, and a rush fee may apply.

Can I rent tables or chairs without booking the event space?

Absolutely! Our tables and chairs are available for rent on their own. Whether you need just a few pieces or a full setup, we’re here to help.

Do you offer event decorating services?

Yes! We provide both partial and full-service décor options—including linens, centerpieces, backdrops, lighting, and more. We'll design a look that matches your theme and budget.

Is setup and breakdown included?

Setup and breakdown services are available for an additional fee. We’ll go over these details during your consultation and add it to your quote as needed.

Can I bring my own vendors (caterers, DJs, decorators)?

Yes—outside vendors are welcome. We’ll provide a list of venue guidelines to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.

What’s your cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel less than 14 days before your event, additional charges may apply. We’ll always do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes! We offer thoughtfully curated packages that combine space rental, décor, tables, chairs, and more—making it easier and more cost-effective to plan your event. Each package can be tailored to your specific needs.
