NEW YEAR’S EVE/DAY, 4TH OF JULY, MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, LABOR DAY WEEKEND, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS EVE, AND CHRISTMAS DAY WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL 20% HOLIDAY FEE ON TOP OF THE RENTAL FEE.
